At Helicopter Tour Dubai, we aim to deliver exceptional aerial experiences with complete transparency. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness, while also ensuring smooth operational planning for each flight. We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate them within the bounds of safety, flight regulations, and availability.

Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your helicopter tour booking, the following terms apply:
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled flight:
You are eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction processing fees).
• Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours of the scheduled flight time:
A 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the flight OR no-shows:
No refund will be provided, as your slot will have been reserved and the aircraft scheduled.
Rescheduling Requests
We understand that emergencies happen. If you’d like to reschedule your booking:
• Rescheduling is allowed once, free of charge, if the request is made more than 24 hours before your flight.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your tour time are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your tour time are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
• Missed tours due to lateness, incomplete documentation (e.g. missing passport/ID), or unfulfilled requirements (e.g. weight limits) are considered no-shows.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a flight for reasons beyond our control, including:
• Adverse weather conditions (fog, storms, high winds)
• Technical issues with the aircraft
• Government-imposed restrictions or airspace closures
• Minimum passenger requirements not met (for shared tours)
If your tour is cancelled due to any of the above, we will offer:
• A full refund, OR
• A rescheduled flight at a time that suits you, subject to availability
We will notify you as early as possible should any such issue arise.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during booking.
For payments made via third-party platforms or travel agents, please refer to their refund timelines.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
• Failure to present valid identification on the day of the tour
• Arriving late and missing the scheduled flight
• Health-related cancellations made less than 24 hours prior without supporting medical documents
• Incomplete or incorrect booking information provided by the customer
• Refusal to comply with safety rules or instructions from the operator
